In order to make your stay within our facility pleasant, please read carefully the established regulations and rules of conduct. At the time of confirmation of the reservation, the aforementioned regulations are considered tacitly accepted. In renewing the Welcome, we thank you for choosing us and wish you a happy and pleasant stay.

RESERVATIONS AND ACCEPTANCES

• The reservation of the room and/or apartment is considered confirmed only after the agreed deposit is paid.
• The balance of the room must be paid upon arrival (check-in)
• On the day of arrival check-in is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., unless otherwise agreed.
• On the day of departure, check-out is by no later than 10.00 am.
• PENALTY FOR DELAYED DEPARTURE: Exceeding 10:00 a.m., the guest will be charged the total cost of the room for one full day.
• Upon arrival, as per the provisions of the Law, each guest must show a valid identity document, otherwise the guest cannot be accepted.
• Tourist tax: from 16 years of age € 1.00 per person per night for a maximum of 7 days from May to October

• Bank transfer to be made max 7 days before arrival.

Please take note that unfortunately checks are not accepted as a means of payment

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Free cancellation is guaranteed up to 14 days before the check-in date by writing to the email box info@bhagya.it or calling 0833-202343 .
• By giving cancellation within the deadline, the deposit paid is refunded in full.
• If cancellation is made within 10 days before arrival, only the deposit paid will be retained.
• After that period, the fee will no longer be refundable so you will have to pay the full amount by bank transfer or credit card.

HOUSE RULES

CHECK-IN

• Check-in is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. unless otherwise arranged.
• We recommend that you notify us by the day before your arrival time.

Our facility DOES NOT HAVE an H24 front desk but we will try to accommodate you.

CHECK-OUT

• On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by no later than 10:00 am.

BREAKFAST

• Breakfast will be served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• Room service is available upon request for an additional charge of € 10.00

CHILDREN AND INFANTS

• When booking the room, it is essential to indicate the exact number of both adults and children and infants specifying their ages.
• If the child (only up to the age of 4) sleeps in the big bed with the parents, he/she pays nothing, otherwise he/she pays normally.
• Children 4 years of age and older cannot sleep in the big bed with their parents.
• A crib for infants can be provided free of charge upon request.

OTHER MISCELLANEOUS RULES

Guests are not allowed to smoke in their rooms and common areas. They may do so in the veranda of the rooms that are equipped with them or in the spacious outdoor area wherethere are chairs, tables and sofas under the gazebo and ashtrays at their disposal.

• Civil rules of coexistence should be respected by strictly avoiding loud tones and shouting from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from midnight to 8 a.m.
• Respect the common areas within the facility by removing any trash after any meals and/or drinks are consumed.
• We accept small pets that are well-behaved and provided they are not left alone in the room.
• Any loss of keys will result in the following charge: € 50.00 for interior door and € 250.00 for exterior door.
• No responsibility is accepted for any items lost and/or forgotten during the stay.
• Minors unaccompanied by persons of age will be accepted only if in possession of a waiver signed by the person exercising parental authority with a copy of an identity document, and in any case it will not be possible for minors under 16 years of age to stay without the presence of an adult.
